Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security
- •At least 2 years in a managerial role focused on cyber security governance
- •Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002 and NIST CSF
- •Understanding of security challenges in Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry
- •Possession of information security certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP
- •Knowledge of IT and OT infrastructure, security tools, and incident response
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Willingness to travel regularly to LS sites

- •Enhance Cyber Security maturity in the region
- •Implement organizational and technical measures for compliance
- •Serve as the Single Point of Contact for IT/OT Cyber Security
- •Provide expert advice and support for projects and operations
- •Monitor and manage Cyber Security risks and incidents
- •Ensure adherence to the Cyber Security Operational Model
- •Oversee regional Cyber Security operations
- •Develop and implement effective strategies and policies
- •Guide a team of Site Cyber Security professionals
- •Foster a culture of awareness and preparedness
- •Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance Cyber Security measures
- •Drive initiatives to protect digital assets
- •Travel to LS sites to promote Cyber Security awareness
- •Support Cyber Security on-site
- •Provide on-call support during Cyber Security incidents
