Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
  • •At least 5 years of business experience in similar roles or finance
  • •Experience in driving business performance management processes
  • •Very good knowledge and experience in Excel and Data Analytics
  • •Team oriented, analytical and highly organized
  • •Results driven, confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenges
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate within a cross-functional team
  • •Highly organized with strong communication and influencing skills
  • •Excellent English language skills, another language is a plus

  • •Drive discussions around plan scenarios
  • •Capture and challenge core assumptions
  • •Analyze market share trends
  • •Optimize structure expenses
  • •Build blue plans outlining incremental opportunities
  • •Collect and report rationale for variances and deviations
  • •Provide insights on specific risks and opportunities
  • •Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports
  • •Provide KPIs for bonus calculation
  • •Support monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reviews
  • •Assist with data analysis for IBP
  • •Ensure compliance with Division requirements for IBP
  • •Improve trends of all IBP metrics
  • •Analyze problematic areas and suggest sustainable improvements
  • •Review focus country portfolio and go-to-market strategies
  • •Analyze sales information monthly for effectiveness
  • •Assist in determining key KPIs for clarity
  • •Identify issues or concerns quickly
