- •Minimum 5 years of experience in leading clinical trial operations within an SMO or CRO
- •Proven hands-on experience in managing clinical trial operations, including site start-up, contracting processes, and ongoing site management
- •Strong understanding of clinical trial logistics, investigational product handling, and supply management
- •Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams of study coordinators or operational staff
- •Ability to independently manage and resolve complex, real-time operational issues
- •Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluent in English

- •Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
- •Proactive, structured, and execution-focused leadership style

- •Lead and support regional operational and business development teams
- •Act as a mentor and escalation point for coordinators facing challenges
- •Proactively manage risks and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks
- •Collaborate with internal global teams for project alignment and communication
- •Monitor operational KPIs and prepare progress reports
- •Implement corrective actions as needed
- •Represent Milestone One in discussions with sponsors and at industry meetings
