Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years relevant commercial experience in strategic & tactical procurement
- •International work experience in FMCGs within raw materials category
- •Strong knowledge and experience in Source-to-Pay Processes
- •Analytical drive for market and industry analysis
- •General knowledge to conduct spend & demand analysis
- •Strong analytical skills leveraging quantitative & qualitative information
- •General understanding of financial assessment
- •Expert in RFx related support including optimal execution
- •Common knowledge about e-auction development and execution
- •Direct experience with contract planning and execution
- •Experience with Supplier Relationship Management

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support global and regional strategies in collaboration with local stakeholders and Country Procurement teams
- •Prepare and assist with RFx processes alongside Team Lead and local stakeholders
- •Support NPI/NPD, value engineering, and sourcing activities following Carlsberg’s standardized sourcing process
- •Collect local TCO input and provide regular feedback to local business units, including TCO relevant statistics
- •Maintain trustworthy communication with commercial business and local supply chain at all levels
- •Promote the Group Procurement function and CSC requirements locally
- •Contribute actively to category strategy development
- •Share and implement cross-functional best practices across categories and countries
- •Serve as an escalation point for returns and claims before Team Lead, focusing on financial impact
- •Manage local stakeholder relationships on a daily basis
- •Conduct category analytics and manage databases
- •Support the budget process through a deep understanding of cost structures
- •Coordinate and conduct Supplier Performance reviews with Team Lead, delivering a clear value improvement agenda
- •Handle other administrative tasks as needed
- •Support the implementation of contractual commitments above threshold spend and monitor performance
- •Engage in problem-solving for quality issues and claim handling
- •Assist in the annual review of Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for KPIs and update the SLA accordingly
- •Secure sugar volumes and prices in line with the Group’s Commodity Hedging Policy
