Human by nature. **REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER DISTRIBUTION – EASTERN EUROPE** **Your Future Position?** Are you ready to take on the role of Regional Account Manager for Distribution in Eastern Europe and act as a vital link between our European team, the Eastern European team and our distribution partners? In this position, you will drive strategy & overarching initiatives with our distribution partners, facilitating improvements to enhance collaboration and effectiveness. You will report to the Head of Distribution Europe and the position can be based in Vienna, Warsaw or Istanbul. **Your Role:** As the Regional Account Manager Distribution, you will share responsibility with your Easter European colleagues and markets for financial KPIs and growth plans for Distribution. Your contribution will be key in driving business results and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. You will be part of the dedicated European Distribution team and engage with various teams on a day-to-day basis. Including the Eastern Europe commercial team, Sub-regional Marketing Director, Business Controlling, Pricing, Operations & Supply Chain (including sampling), Regional Innovation Europe, and the Customer Experience team focused on Digitalization. **Your Key Responsibilities:** **Enablement & Collaboration** Act as the enabler and link between the European Distribution team and Eastern European Commercial teams to drive transversal initiatives with distribution partners. Facilitate improvements to enhance ways of working between Givaudan and partners. **Strategy Development** Development of a clear Where to Play and how to Win playbook for Eastern Europe. Identify new growth streams and efficiency initiatives with partners, developing consensus and implementation plans. Work and collaborate with relevant colleagues to unblock inefficiencies with the objective to simplify processes & ways of working, coupled with enabling Distribution partners to be more self-sufficient. Set and agree on annual KPIs and budgets for partners. **Flavour collections & Innovation** Foster a continuous improvement approach with a focus on digital strategy to support business simplification and future readiness. Collaborate with the wider distribution team and stakeholders to ensure collections are fit for purpose. Ensure partners have access to relevant innovation and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. **Execution** Serve as the Single Point of Contact for partners across Eastern Europe. Lead and drive key initiatives across all touchpoints with cross-functional teams. Consolidate monthly reporting on commercial KPIs, including corrective actions. Drive price adjustments and grow market share via the distribution route to market. Ensure ways of working are legally compliant. **Knowledge & Systems** Lead and coordinate strategic conversations with distributors. Demonstrate agility in pivoting from strategic to tactical support for markets and distribution partners. **People & Organization** Develop and drive best practices for internal distributor focus and support. Be the voice of the distributors within Givaudan to influence decision-making for effective growth. Ensure the Givaudan distribution model is understood by the commercial organization. **Your Profile:** To succeed in this role, you should possess: * University degree in Food Science, Economy, Marketing or Business Administration with a proven affinity for the food industry * At least 10+ year’s successful sales, marketing or customer relationship management experience in food, beverage distribution or related industry. * A strategic mindset with the ability to lead and coordinate initiatives. * Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with partners. * Effective communicator, leader and team builder through informal organization reporting structure * A proactive approach and positive mind-set * Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and senior business leaders * Experience in managing relationships with distributors and an ability to get a grip on market dynamics across this fragmented geography * Commitment to travelling within EU and sub regions (20%) **Our benefits:** The benefit package depends on the location where you are based and to be discussed later.
