## What you can expect:
* Accountable for the regional IT related to each business function of the Ferrero-Group currently running in Germany in coordination with IT Area Europe Leader (IT Heads in charge of a large geography, here Europe), IT Centres of Excellence (COE) and Service Management and Operations
* Represent IT at the Region Board and lead the IT governance at regional level, as aligned with IT Area Europe Leader and IT Governance and Operations
* Responsible to manage an IT Organization of more than 40 people, either with solid or dotted reporting lines
* Accountable for the IT Joint Business Plan and IT Portfolio and the prioritization of IT activities supporting each business function and for the management of IT transformational programs
* Lead the prioritization of demands from Area Business Stakeholders, identifying potential trade-offs to support and fulfil business requirements and expectations
* Manage and rationalize the application portfolio currently live within the region, in alignment with IT Area and Platform Leaders (IT Heads in charge of a technical domain / technology)
* Oversee and align the regional IT budget as well as prioritizing investments based on business and Group IT Strategy
* Contribute to the development and up-skilling of regional employees
* Monitor regional IT activities together with IT Platform Leaders and IT COE Managers, ensuring project decisions, application rollouts, maintenance, cost optimization and alignment with business strategies and market trends
* Plan and manage together with IT Platform Leaders and IT COE Managers the realization of Business and IT Programs’ benefits through the integration of new capabilities and partnerships within the business and IT practices
* Coordinate and optimize IT sourcing at regional level according to Group IT sourcing strategy together with the business
## What we expect:
* University degree in IT or a related field; a master’s in business administration will be considered a plus
* Mandatory experience with SAP products, including but not limited to the ERP, CRM, SFA, HR, Ariba and others, as well as the SAP RISE delivery model, End-to-end knowledge of ecosystem and experience with S/4 project implementation and business transformation will be considered a plus
* Proven business acumen in Commercial Operations (Sales, Trade, Marketing, Customer and Consumers), Industrial & Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR and Procurement for Consumer Product Goods companies, preferably with expertise in Food & Beverage or Sweet Packaged Food industries
* Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, including familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall, Agile or Scrum
* Expertise in IT Governance, including knowledge of IT policies, compliance and regulatory requirements
* Proven leadership and change management skills, ideally in a matrix organization within a manufacturing company, to inspire and guide a global team towards achieving future goals
* Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT Area Leaders, IT Platform Leaders and other stakeholders, balancing different demands to reach agreements that satisfy all parties
* Strategic thinking and decision-making ability to align activities with group values and business strategies
* High adaptability and solution orientation to effectively address changing business needs, market trends and transformation processes
* Fluent in English
