* Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects within the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
* Monitor, report, and optimise recruitment performance indicators, actively managing vacancies within your scope.
* Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, fostering relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
* Maintain accurate and timely data on the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless tracking of recruitment activities and stages.
