Anforderungen
- •At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting, ideally supported by a degree in HR or a related field
- •Enjoyment of working in global, multicultural environments and collaborating with stakeholders
- •Fluency in English
- •Comfort using ATS and sourcing tools, ideally with hands-on experience in Personio and social recruiting
- •Creative mindset for attracting and engaging talent
- •Strong organizational skills and proactive, positive attitude
- •Strong communication and trust-building skills
- •Experience in non-profit, environmental, or sustainability sectors and understanding of DEI-focused hiring practices (Nice to have)
