Deine Aufgaben

# Receptionist (m/f/d) **Vienna, AUT** | **Full time** | **On-site** For our location in Vienna, we are looking for a **Receptionist** (m/f/d) The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all. The key responsibilities are: **Welcoming and Greeting:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and employees entering the lobby area. * Provide directions, answer inquiries, and assist with general information about the premises. * Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting a culture of safety amongst colleagues, contractors and vendors **Access Control and Security:** * Ensure the security and safety of the premises by monitoring visitor access and enforcing entry protocols, including visitor registration and badge issuance. * Liaise with security personnel to maintain a secure environment and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities. **Customer Service:** * Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company's values and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. * Address any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. **Mail and Package Management:** * Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. * Coordinate and track outgoing couriers and shipments. * Ensure accuracy and security in handling confidential or sensitive mail. **Reception and Front Desk Operations:** * Manage the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments * Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including managing visitor seating arrangements and coordinating with the facilities team for maintenance or repairs. **Event Coordination and Support:** * Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences, including room reservations, setup and catering. * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. **Administrative Support:** * Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, order of breakroom consumables. * Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements as required. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to reception and lobby operations. * Perform and provide additional duties and support, as required. **Skills & Experience** * Experience of working within a Corporate or 5\* Hotel Reception environment * Independent and self-managing worker * Strong customer service skills- a great networker * Professional/confident telephone manner and excellent oral & written communication skills, good computer literacy. * Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure. * A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritize work commitments. * Flexible approach to departmental requirements. * Good educational background & a solid command of written & spoken English * Good sense of humor & an approachable personality **Our offer** * A monthly gross salary of 2.570,00 € (overpayment possible depending on qualifications) * Working together at eye level * Space for personal growth, not only for work * Acknowledgement of achievements * The opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career locally as well as regionally
