# Receptionist
**Dortmund - Germany** | **Part time** | **Onsite**
**Role Overview:**
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Dortmund office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**What you will do:**
* Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Coordinate and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors (maintenance, cleaning etc.) scheduling maintenance, repairs, and service appointments, to ensure a clean, safe, and functional office environment.
* Invoice processing, keeping organized records of invoices, contracts, and other important documents.
* Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring efficient use of resources and managing an office budget.
* Identify and address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Who you are:**
* Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
* Fluent in German and have a good English level. Any other language will be a plus.
