We’re looking for a professional, reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and organisational backbone of our Munich office. You’ll ensure that visitors, guests, and team members experience a smooth, friendly, and efficient office environment every day. This role is focused on front desk, facilities, and basic office support with some involvement in event planning, executive admin, or travel booking.
**What You’ll Do**
* Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.

* Keep the reception area and communal spaces tidy, organised, and inviting.
