**Area of responsibilities:**
* Greet and welcome visitors, guests, customers, and employees, creating a friendly and professional first impression
* Provide outstanding hospitality services to ensure every visitor feels valued and well cared for
* Manage access control and visitor registration systems, ensuring a secure and compliant environment
* Support health and safety protocols across the BT Campus to maintain a safe workplace
* Prepare and contribute to reports on hospitality and facility services, offering insights to enhance daily operations
* Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently to the correct contacts, taking messages when required
* Assist with facility management projects, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the facilities team and ensure smooth daily operations
**Profile of qualification:**
* Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or hospitality role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
