to join our Facilities Management team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations while also providing professional front-desk reception services. The ideal candidate will combine practical maintenance skills with excellent customer service abilities to create a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Site Operative Tasks:**
* Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs
* Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules
* Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
* Complete basic repairs and troubleshooting across multiple disciplines (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience (2+ years) in facilities maintenance and/or reception roles
* Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safe working practices
* Basic technical skills across multiple disciplines (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer service orientation
* Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
* Good problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges
