# R&D Telecom Control Systems Architect (m/f/d)
#### Mobility is the goal
As R&D Telecom Control Systems Architect you will act as technical architect of the controller platform to define and maintain the requirements and solution while driving continuous progress through technical development of new components and technologies.
Your key responsabilities:
* Analyzing system requirements and deriving compliant component-level solutions while maintaining product structure.
* Defining, documenting, and maintaining the hardware architecture and master schematics for elevator control systems.
* Aligning with cross-functional teams and collaborating with production, field support, and maintenance experts to deliver fit-for-purpose systems.
* Developing and integrating interfaces and defining requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, and sub-components.
* Leading quality assurance through Design FMEA, root cause analysis, and cross-functional reviews while supporting test and field analysis and driving continuous improvements.
* Identifying technology trends and initiating feasibility studies with project management.

* Master’s degree in electrical, telecommunication, or network engineering.
* Proven technical leadership skills in system architecture and control systems.
* 5-7 years of experience in designing and maintaining control systems, ideally in the telecommunications sector.
* Excellent knowledge of system engineering methods (modeling, requirements engineering, interface management, analysis).
* Proven experience with production processes for electronic and electrical assemblies, as well as installation and commissioning procedures.
* Proficient level of English, other languages are a plus.
