Anforderungen
- •Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or closely related field
- •4+ years of relevant experience at advanced/independent level
- •Extensive hands-on experience analyzing biomolecules/biopharmaceutical modalities
- •Proven ability to design rigorous experiments and interpret high-quality data
- •Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary R&D teams
- •Familiarity with biopharmaceutical development workflows and regulatory requirements
- •Experience with instrument prototyping and prototype performance evaluation
- •Conference publications, application notes, and/or patent contributions
- •Ability to lead projects, train/mentor others, and represent the team externally
- •Rigorous, driven, and process-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Flexibility, adaptability, and strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- •Curiosity and motivation to innovate, grow, and continuously learn
