# R&D Administrative Assistant

**Position Summary**
As a **R&D Administrative Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nutrition Nestlé Production Technology Center (NPTC) Leadership Team and work cross functionally among various teams.

**A Day in the Life of an R&D Administrative Assistant**
* Calendar and schedule management for at least three members of the NPTC Nutrition leadership team
* Ensure proper documentation including, taking minutes of meeting, tracking and follow-up actions, as well as document management
* Ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration, especially with assistants in Vevey, Konolfingen & other NPTC units
* Lead the organization of major events and meetings for the Leadership team
* Maintain SharePoint and intranet updated and prepare content
* Proofread and enhance presentations and documents
* Onboard new employees and facilitate communication for newcomers
* Provide ad hoc support for audits and tasks
