Deine Aufgaben

  • •Monitor inventory levels and supplier lead times
  • •Ensure stock coverage considering shelf-life constraints
  • •Support planning for pilot batches and new product launches
  • •Participate in operations and project meetings
  • •Ensure accurate stock data in SAP and Abacus
  • •Manage corrections, including IDOC adjustments
  • •Upload and manage legal documentation for import/export
  • •Review FG demand in SAP and identify forecast risks
  • •Create and maintain Bulk Net Demand Forecasts (NDFs)
  • •Align bulk inventory between SAP and Abacus until RM project go-live
  • •Share bulk forecasts with Raw Material Planning and Finance
  • •Create bulk purchase orders in SAP with correct vessel sizing
  • •Post goods receipts in SAP and perform manual corrections
  • •Execute month-end financial reconciliation for bulk POs
  • •Maintain formula master data and BOMs in SAP
  • •Monitor scrap rates in bulk production and track forecast trends
  • •Create Purchase Orders (POs)
  • •Monitor supplier delivery commitments and update dates in SAP
  • •Maintain accurate pricing in cooperation with Procurement
  • •Keep master data updated in SAP and Abacus
