Anforderungen

  • •Several years of proven professional experience in hospitality, guest services, or a comparable service-oriented environment
  • •Strong experience in direct customer interaction with a clear focus on service quality and guest satisfaction
  • •Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • •Solid good computer skills
  • •Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
  • •Process- and solution-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation, drive and independence
  • •Enjoy working in a flexible and growing environment
  • •Sim racing or motorsport experience is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead lounge operations at Zurich Airport
  • •Deliver a premium guest experience as the primary host
  • •Plan and manage on-site events for seamless execution
  • •Ensure high-quality food and beverage service with catering partners
  • •Manage staffing, shift scheduling, and holiday planning
  • •Onboard and coach lounge team members daily
  • •Oversee daily operations, including booking system and guest flow
  • •Handle POS and cash management according to internal processes
  • •Monitor and optimize inventory, including stock control and ordering
  • •Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the lounge environment
  • •Ensure smooth operation of systems and simulators with IT and technicians
  • •Support financial and administrative tasks with headquarters
  • •Provide feedback and ideas for continuous lounge improvement
