• •Coordinate daily operations of the QMS
• •Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards
• •Implement and manage QMS metrics and measures
• •Act as the main contact for QMS-related matters
• •Support development and continuous improvement of the QMS
• •Oversee core quality processes, including Document & Training Management
• •Manage Supplier & Audit Management processes
• •Handle Change Controls and Deviations
• •Oversee CAPAs and Self-Inspections
• •Manage Complaints and Risk Management
• •Apply a risk-based approach and maintain the Quality Risk Register
• •Prepare, review, and maintain quality policies and SOPs
• •Support rollout and training of the QMS
• •Administer the implementation of an eQMS
• •Conduct self-inspections for continuous improvement
• •Foster a strong Quality Culture across the organization
• •Provide cross-functional quality support for QMS processes
• •Deliver training on quality topics
• •Assist in quality investigations and Management Reviews
• •Represent Quality in projects affecting the QMS
