**Requistion ID**: 80327 **Quality Specialist Complaints (m/f/d)** Time limited contract for 2 years We are currently looking for a Quality Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Complaint team in Bensheim. This position is responsible for ensuring our products meet the established quality standards and industry benchmarks. Additionally, this position monitors processes and inspects product goods and services; identifying and proposing improvements to enhance operations, ensures reliability of systems, and minimizes downtime, errors and defects. You will work in an international environment alongside enthusiastic people. You will have a central function and represent Dentsply Implants Premium stock products as part of a global team to optimize the complaint workflow. This is a temporary position based in Bensheim, Germany and reports to the Complaint Manager within our Quality Assurance department. **Key Responsibilities** * Support all QA related activities related to the product life cycle for products where Dentsply Sirona is the legal manufacturer. * Support and actively contribute to local and global projects for optimizing processes and improving efficiency. * Ensure compliance with legal reporting obligations, in collaboration with other departments, as needed. * Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and investigation reports. * Investigates and resolves quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). * Support internal and external audits in the complaint handling procedure to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. * Fosters professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels, enhancing business relationships. * Reports product complaints in accordance with the company’s complaint handling process. * Adhere to company and departmental policies and administrative requirements. * Performs other duties as assigned or require to support business as needed. **Requirements And Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. **Years and Type of Experience** * Strong understanding of Quality standards, preferably ISO 13485, MedTech and other relevant industry regulations. * Ideally experience in handling customer complaints, quality management system and tools for data processing. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data management systems. * Knowledge of risk management, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to support complex projects and identify opportunities for process optimization. * Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
