  • •Conduct mechanical, electrical, and structural inspections.
  • •Inspect sealant, paint, and skin panels.
  • •Perform inspections on composite and metallic materials.
  • •Carry out inspections of brackets, fasteners, and riveting.
  • •Execute final checks and close inspection points.
  • •Prepare DQ1 technical documentation and concession requests.
  • •Ensure quality assessment and defect characterization.
  • •Manage the creation and tracking of non-conformities.
  • •Implement internal procedures for quality, safety, and security.
  • •Maintain follow-up files on aircraft work orders and non-conformities.
  • •Report failures in the quality system and product non-conformities.
