## Your mission
* **Maintain quality and safety standards:** Ensure ongoing compliance and improvement of existing products, services, and work environments.
* **Conduct audits and inspections:** Perform safety and compliance audits of suppliers, buildings, facilities, equipment, and tools in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
* **Develop and implement policies and procedures:** Create systems to evaluate and enhance the quality of products, materials, components, and operations across assigned sites.
* **Support ISBAH and customer audits:** Assist in internal and external audits and ensure proper follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
* **Investigate incidents and recommend improvements:** Analyze occurrences, accidents, and incidents to identify root causes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
* **Manage internal occurrence reporting:** Oversee the reporting system for safety-related events and maintain proper documentation.
* **Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations:** Stay current on aviation safety regulations, SMS requirements, and ensure all procedures align with Jet Aviation and General Dynamics policies.
* **Monitor and deliver safety training:** Identify local training needs, provide safety coaching, and ensure all staff are trained in accordance with applicable standards, including airport regulations.
* **Maintain accurate training records:** Track and document training to demonstrate compliance and readiness.
* **Perform local audits:** Execute audits according to the local audit plan to assess quality and compliance on-site.
