Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent
- •Minimum 3 years in Quality Management or Conformance
- •Experience with Control Plans, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
- •Project management and continuous improvement skills
- •Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance
- •Ability to work across multiple departments
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- •Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- •Conduct advanced quality planning
- •Solve complex problems in production and supply chain
- •Act as a focal point for quality conformance
- •Perform root cause analysis
- •Reduce cost of non-quality
- •Guarantee adherence to airworthiness regulations and customer requirements
- •Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, and risk assessments
- •Apply APQP and PPAP methodologies for new product introduction
- •Manage concessions, deviations, and non-conformities
- •Interface with customers and authorities on quality topics
- •Deploy and sustain Quality Standards
- •Lead Practical Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis for complex issues
- •Coach operational teams on problem-solving methodologies and quality tools
- •Drive actions to reduce Cost of Non-Quality
- •Monitor and analyze KPIs to visualize issues
- •Prepare and present technical and quality reports to management and customers
- •Provide real-time synthesis of significant events and monthly summaries
- •Coordinate with Quality teams, Centers of Excellence, Procurement, and suppliers
- •Represent Quality in cross-functional projects and workshops
- •Organize regular meetings to track progress on quality actions
