Quality Assurance Engineer in Space Industry(m/w/x)

You manage quality assurance and configuration management in the space industry, ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Anforderungen

  • •Master's degree in electronics engineering
  • •3+ years’ experience in the space industry
  • •Familiarity with ECSS, ISO, MIL standards
  • •Proven experience with Opto-electronic products
  • •Experience in processes qualification
  • •Experience in auditing (certification is an asset)

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Direct link to the PA organization of customers and subcontractors.
  • •Implement all PA requirements from contracts and statements of work.
  • •Monitor quality measures during manufacturing at Thales Alenia Space and subcontractors.
  • •Execute PA functions during qualification and acceptance tests.
  • •Compile product documentation according to customer requirements.
  • •Plan and conduct visits to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • •Prepare and carry out inspections.
  • •Ensure compliance with the NC process in projects.
  • •Coordinate Configuration Management activities with stakeholders.
  • •Establish and implement the Configuration Management Plan.
  • •Specify Configuration Management requirements for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • •Manage project corrections and evolution; lead CCBs.
  • •Establish configuration baselines.
  • •Record and report configuration status.
  • •Perform configuration verifications.
  • •Participate in end-of-phase reviews like PDR and CDR.
  • •Ensure quality assurance for FPGA design and development activities.
