Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics/Metal Technology, Processing, or comparable field
- •Advanced knowledge of materials science, focusing on plastics and metals
- •At least 5 years of industrial experience, ideally in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Environmental Management
- •Proven experience as a business partner in a cross-functional environment
- •Solid understanding of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 45001, ISO 14001; ISO 50001 is an advantage)
- •Experience collaborating with internal and external auditors
- •Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean Management expertise preferred
- •Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- •Strong communication skills in local language and English at B2 level
- •Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Strong analytical skills with a dynamic, hands-on approach
- •Advanced expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- •Excellent communication skills and strong team-oriented mindset
- •Proven ability to uphold quality standards across functions
- •Willingness to travel

- •Own the Quality System within IMS
- •Manage budgeting and cost control

- •Lead cross-functional teams for quality incidents
- •Participate in annual management reviews for Q&E
- •Implement corporate environmental strategy
- •Achieve local environmental KPIs and targets
- •Coordinate local environmental programs
- •Report local environmental data

- •Maintain legal and chemical registers
- •Serve as contact for external authorities
- •Represent Environmental, Quality, and Process Management on the Energy Management Team
