Quality and Environment Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the production QA team, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with environmental standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, conducting quality inspections, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics/Metal Technology, Processing, or comparable field
• •Advanced knowledge of materials science, focusing on plastics and metals
• •At least 5 years of industrial experience, ideally in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Environmental Management
• •Proven experience as a business partner in a cross-functional environment
• •Solid understanding of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 45001, ISO 14001; ISO 50001 is an advantage)
• •Experience collaborating with internal and external auditors
• •Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean Management expertise preferred
• •Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• •Strong communication skills in local language and English at B2 level
• •Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• •Strong analytical skills with a dynamic, hands-on approach
• •Advanced expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• •Excellent communication skills and strong team-oriented mindset
• •Proven ability to uphold quality standards across functions
• •Willingness to travel
