Anforderungen

•Completed studies in life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, ideally microbiology)
•At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
•Experience in pharmaceutical quality control in microbiology and clean water analysis
•High customer and service orientation
•Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
•Ideally experience in project management
•Team player, responsible and reliable
•Very good German and good English skills
•Knowledge of French is an advantage

Deine Aufgaben

•Supervise customer projects focused on water analysis
•Plan and organize customer projects and deliverables
•Review technical documents, plans, and validation reports
•Map and configure projects in the LIMS system
•Ensure timely and proper execution of analytical work
•Co-manage GMP-compliant project execution
•Approve analysis results and reports
•Provide scientific support for ongoing customer projects
•Participate in acquiring new projects
•Process laboratory deviations and conduct root cause analyses
•Collaborate on creating and preparing quotations
•Optimize general processes and develop the site
•Review and revise work instructions (SOPs)
