Anforderungen
- •Minimum 3 years of QA experience in medical device or biopharmaceutical industry
- •Professional education as CTA, BTA, chemical laboratory technician, or biology laboratory technician
- •Experience handling chemicals and using basic chemical laboratory equipment
- •Commitment to Quality principles and ability to work within Quality Systems
- •Understanding of integrity and problem-solving attitude
- •Strong organization and time management skills
- •Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, proactive, flexible
- •Basic office computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheet software)
- •Advanced level of German and English (minimum B2)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements
- •Authorize or prevent release of materials and products
- •Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- •Perform microbiological testing of environment and products
- •Propose training in Quality Systems as needed
- •Support nonconformance investigations and identify corrective actions
- •Organize and document reports and results according to GDP and GMP
- •Assist with internal and external audits and inspections
- •Collaborate with the production team on quality-related topics
- •Follow practices to prevent contamination of products and employees
- •Work flexibly within a small team to ensure coverage
