- •Experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or GMP-regulated environment
- •Experience with release processes and batch record review
- •Familiarity with GMP regulations, audit preparation, and quality documentation
- •Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams
- •Experience with SAP, 1QEM, or other QA-relevant systems
- •Fluent German and desired English language skills
- •Continued learning, dealing with ambiguity, GMP procedures, QA, QC testing, quality standards, self-awareness, technological expertise, and intelligence

- •Perform batch record review and ensure timely, GMP-compliant batch release
- •Oversee completeness and accuracy of production and QC documentation
- •Prepare release packages for documentation
- •Support exception investigations and resolve documentation gaps
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on documentation issues
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- •Facilitate the transition to electronic batch records
- •Analyze recurring documentation issues and implement standardization measures
- •Prepare for audits and inspections to ensure compliance with cGxP
- •Participate in QA meetings to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks
- •Ensure compliance with cGxP in all production and testing activities
