Anforderungen

  • •Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • •10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods environment
  • •At least 5 years in management position
  • •Proven process understanding in Pharma/Consumer Goods, GMP
  • •Direct experience with production operations
  • •Experience with Manufacturing site needs and constraints
  • •Experience in the continuous improvement process
  • •Safety, Quality, Result and Customer oriented
  • •Excellent Communication skills in English and French
  • •Well organized and pragmatic
  • •Ability to define and support Strategy
  • •Knowledge in lean management

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead operational execution activities in the production area
  • •Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal SOPs
  • •Oversee quality operations in production, logistics, and facilities
  • •Liaise with business partners to support efficiency programs
  • •Manage a matrix organization for QA review and release
  • •Investigate product complaints and support supplier management
  • •Handle escalations for compliant and timely resolution
  • •Engage with the team to define and adhere to key performance measures
  • •Assess and close deviation events, change control, and CAPA
  • •Support GxP standards and Health Authorities requirements
  • •Prepare for inspections and execute GMP audits
  • •Coordinate QA activities related to projects and site innovations
