Anforderungen
- •BSc or MSc in a STEM or business-related field
- •Early experience in commercial roles such as business development or sales
- •Strong understanding of funding regulations and compliance requirements
- •Strong interest in climate policy and regulatory frameworks
- •Strong communication skills in German and English
- •Proven ability to understand customer problems and build trust
- •Solid technical grounding with basic understanding of engineering
- •Strong sense of end-to-end ownership

Deine Aufgaben
- •Identify and secure new grant initiatives
- •Lead existing consortia with blue-chip customers and industrial partners
- •Act as the central interface between customers, projects, finance, and engineering
- •Own and execute Phlair’s public funding strategy
- •Translate company milestones into a clear pipeline of partnerships and funded projects
- •Manage the strategy, roadmap, and execution
- •Prepare, review, and submit reports for public funding projects
- •Manage scope and change requests
- •Set up and track project milestones and deliverables
- •Allocate costs and plan resources
- •Ensure compliance across projects
- •Coordinate with technical and finance work streams
- •Communicate with external stakeholders for smooth reporting
- •Support in RFPs and other commercial efforts
