Anforderungen

- •Relevant Merchandise Planning and analysis experience
- •Deep understanding of fast-paced B&M environment
- •Outstanding understanding of Retail KPIs
- •Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access, SAP, and BI systems

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the digital merchandising planning process aligned with DTC strategy
- •Manage performance of the defined assortment with cross-functional teams
- •Collaborate with the buying team to manage seasonal, monthly, and weekly intake requirements
- •Optimize inventory management and coverage at product/size level
- •Ensure alignment with the go-to-market calendar for seamless execution
- •Partner with teams to develop yearly and seasonal merchandise financial plans
- •Set standards for trading and buying processes, sharing best practices
- •Propose continuous improvements in processes and tools for trading excellence
- •Contribute to innovation by establishing new processes, tools, and reports
