Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in building, assembling, and troubleshooting drones or model aircraft
- •Strong hands-on skills in assembling and integrating electronic and mechanical systems
- •Professional experience in harness manufacturing including soldering and crimping
- •Experience with composite materials (cutting, laminating, bonding, finishing)
- •Familiarity with manufacturing and prototyping processes (machining, basic fabrication, 3D printing)
- •High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- •Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- •Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
