Protection Research and Information Management Officer(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the development of RiMAP and Refworld, ensuring they work seamlessly together to enhance legal analysis and protection for refugees and stateless persons. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating content, managing partnerships, and driving innovative solutions to improve user experience.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law or related area
• •6 years work experience with Bachelor’s degree, 5 years with Master’s degree, or 4 years with Doctorate/PhD
• •Excellent analytical skills
• •Exposure to digital platforms and information management systems
• •Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills
• •Engagement with IT teams and software developers
• •Experience in partnership building and collaborative projects
• •Experience in fundraising and donor management
• •Understanding of international refugee and human rights law
• •Ability to synthesize complex legal information
• •Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills
• •Ability to manage multi-phase projects
• •Being digital literate
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •Capacity to negotiate and influence stakeholders
• •Fluency in English
• •Proficiency in Spanish and/or French
