Join us on our journey to create a sustainable future where every idea, every innovation, and every individual counts. **Your Role** As Project Manager Production Aerospace, you will provide leadership and drive execution for aerospace qualification programs and production ramp —up and stabilization steps. These projects will include new products and process launches. You will coordinate activities of cross —functional resources (Technology, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Sales/Marketing) to meet all project deliverables, cost targets, and timeline requirements. Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring safety is the top priority in all project activities. * Planning, scheduling, and coordinating aerospace projects to ensure smooth transition from concept to production using effective project management techniques and stage —gate processes. * Coordinating, overseeing, and being responsible for the creation of responses to RFIs & RFQs, additional changes in contract/project scope, and/or any customer or internal changes that affect project goals/metrics (i.e., cost, gross margin, schedules). * Organizing, aligning, and leading aerospace internal project activities including timely reporting of project performance to stakeholders. * Ensuring project requirements and deliverables are adequately defined, key project milestones are met, identified project risks are mitigated, and concerns are elevated to minimize project impact. * Serving as a cross —functional coordinator with a diverse team of Sales & Marketing, Technology, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, by holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing obstacles, resolving issues, and leveraging organizational resources. * Supporting continuous improvement activities such as lessons learned meetings to further improve the product development process and its effectiveness. * Engaging directly with external partners (including customers) when required to ensure clear and consistent communication on projects. **About you** You are a dynamic individual with a solid background in Program and/or Project Management, particularly within highly demanding industries and ideally in the aerospace industry. Your methodology in managing gated product development projects is exemplary, and you possess competencies such as setting pace, building team collaboration, decisiveness, influence without authority, process —orientation, results —driven mindset, and organizational awareness. Your experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools is robust, and you have a strong attention to detail and analytical aptitude. Your presentation skills are top notch, allowing you to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external customers. You are familiar with the manufacturing workshop environment and can work seamlessly with a direct workforce at all levels. Fluency in German and English is essential, and your solid experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in made - to - order fabrication, is a plus. Ideally, your knowledge of Aircraft OEM requirements and distribution supplier’s chain is extensive, and you have demonstrated experience directly dealing with customers from a program/project, liaison, engineering, and/or sales perspective.
