Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering with additional business qualifications, or comparable qualification
- •High motivation and enjoyment in shaping the future
- •Practical experience in interdisciplinary teams
- •Experience in (agile) project management or project work
- •Experience in a technical field
- •Business-fluent German and English skills
- •Understanding technical contexts, strong motivation, cost awareness, and adherence to deadlines

- •Willingness to travel for regular business trips to partners and suppliers

Deine Aufgaben
- •Contribute to future-oriented projects in electromobility, autonomous driving, and high-efficiency diesel technologies
- •Support projects from the early concept phase to Start of Production (SOP)
- •Drive completion of components in cross-functional teams with a focus on cost, timing, and quality
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, Logistics, and Production teams
- •Support development and evaluation of concepts for body-in-white and chassis components
- •Negotiate changes to components and tools with suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- •Prepare decision proposals for project and corporate committees
- •Represent proposals in decision-making bodies
- •Travel regularly to partners within the Volkswagen Group and suppliers
