Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or equivalent
- •Minimum 8–10 years in project management for large-scale industrial or Data Center projects
- •Proven track record in construction execution and team leadership on projects > €100M
- •Strong knowledge of Data Center systems (electrical, HVAC, TCE)
- •Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- •Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), and familiarity with BIM platforms
- •PMP or equivalent is a plus
- •Leadership and decision-making ability
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- •Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the execution phase of Data Center construction projects
- •Ensure compliance with design, contractual obligations, and client requirements
- •Manage project budgets and schedules, including resource planning and cost control
- •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- •Implement and maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
- •Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve technical and contractual issues
- •Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- •Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
- •Prepare and validate project documentation, including progress reports and planning updates
- •Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication with international stakeholders
- •Support commissioning and handover activities to operations teams
