Anforderungen
- •US citizenship
- •Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- •Minimum five years of experience in base support management or similar contract
- •Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English at Level 3 or above
- •Availability on-site between 0700–1600 hours, Monday through Friday, and accessible 24/7/365
- •Legal residency and work permit for Germany (if applicable)
- •Experience managing contracts for U.S. military installations or similar environments
- •Demonstrated success in implementing performance-based management and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Advanced training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

- •Oversee daily operations of the Base Operations contract
- •Act as the primary contact for all contract-related matters
- •Lead and manage contractor personnel for uninterrupted service
- •Administer contract, including transition planning and performance evaluations
- •Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment at facilities
- •Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies
- •Ensure timely completion of all contract deliverables and documentation
- •Manage quality control processes and performance standards
- •Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee their performance
- •Foster a professional and customer-focused culture among personnel
