Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in engineering in Chemical engineering, mechanics, electricity, or automation
- •5 to 10 years of experience in factory engineering
- •Ability to work effectively with diverse professionals
- •Good technical skills in chemical industry or equivalent
- •Good command in project management using TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
- •Good knowledge of financial concepts and tools
- •Fluency in French and English; German knowledge is an asset
- •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP
- •Structured and results-oriented professional
- •Ownership and proactive mindset for continuous improvement

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead multi-disciplinary project implementation on site
- •Manage CAPEX projects from feasibility to implementation
- •Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- •Contribute to project scopes, cost estimations, and specifications
- •Ensure compliance with design and construction standards
- •Oversee project lifecycle, including planning and cost control
- •Implement corrective actions as needed
- •Co-lead tender processes with suppliers and contractors
- •Monitor project KPIs and prepare progress reports
- •Lead project steering committees
- •Support contractor management and safety coordination
- •Participate in hazard studies and risk assessments
- •Ensure preparation of design and technical documentation
- •Maintain accurate reporting through the PPM tool
- •Accountable for safe and successful project completion
