## Job Description
**Your mission:**
We’re looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join **our team in Geneva** and lead strategic projects centered around the **Temenos platform**. In this role, you’ll work closely with international teams and key partners to implement solutions that meet business objectives and support our client’s digital transformation journey.
**Your responsibilities:**
* **Coordinating** with the partner responsible for reporting development;
* **Facilitating communication** between business stakeholders and project teams;
* **Establishing** and **tracking** delivery and testing KPIs;
* **Driving workshops** involving multicultural stakeholders with diverse interests.
## Qualifications
**Your profil:**
* You have **solid knowledge of the banking sector**, particularly around c**lient reporting (client statements, investment proposals, cost & charge,** etc.);
* You bring **hands-on experience with projects implementing Temenos** solutions, **including TAP**;
* You f**eel comfortable expressing yourself in both French and English**, written and spoken;
* You **enjoy taking initiative** and **working independently** when needed;
* You thrive in **collaborative environments** and enjoy contributing to shared goals;
* You are **structured and** **detail-oriented;**
* You’re already **based in Switzerland** or **open to exploring a move to the Geneva area**.
