Original Beschreibung
With innovative solutions, our subsidiary, CodeWrights, represents unique solutions for plant control integration and on-site device management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work with a broad range of customers in the field of automation technology. You will stay at the forefront of developments and help make the world a slightly better place. Our clients – leading device manufacturers – are facing increasing challenges, and you’ll support them in overcoming these successfully with your solutions. This position is based at CodeWrights in Karlsruhe.
**Specifically, you can expect the following tasks**
* Together with a team of five project managers/Scrum Masters, you take on full revenue responsibility for around 60 diverse projects involving 40 developers and partners
* You tailor your role specifically to the customer’s needs – ranging from client support to Scrum Master duties and full project management
* You work closely with our developers and help them prioritize effectively
* You are responsible for the customer journey, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of both project and business goals
* You serve as a key interface with the sales team – from the proposal phase to the handover of incoming orders to the development
* You coordinate across multiple projects as part of multi-project management
* As we have no traditional leadership structure, you keep an eye on the developers and stay in close contact with People & Culture regarding employee-related topics
**Your qualifications**
* Experience as a project manager working with external customers
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* In-depth knowledge of requirements and project management as well as agile project environments
* Strong communication and teamwork skills and a high level of customer orientation
* The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, even under pressure
* Experience with project billing and budget management.
* Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
**Our benefits for you**
* A role with significant creative freedom and revenue responsibility
* Centrally located office in Karlsruhe, directly at the main train station/zoo, with excellent access to public transport, trains, and the motorway. Starting in July, you'll work in a modern open-space office with brand-new equipment: height-adjustable desks, meeting boxes, break areas, and more – with your own dedicated workstation (no desk-sharing)
* Lifelong learning through a wide range of training and development opportunities, internal knowledge sharing, e-learning, and mentoring to fully unleash your potential
* An organizational setup that enables you to contribute your ideas, drive change, take responsibility, and help shape the future of CodeWrights
* A salary based on market benchmarks and your skills – not on negotiation tactics
* Additional benefits like a yearly zoo pass, BusinessBike leasing, a corporate benefits account, company pension scheme, and profit-sharing
