**Summary**
We are looking for a “Project Manager Reconnaissance Vehicles (f/m/d)” for the “Reconnaissance Vehicles” division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “Reconnaissance Vehicles” department is responsible for the preparation of offers and the implementation of customer projects from the project planning phase through development to series production. In addition, new products are defined and existing products are further developed as part of product responsibility and product strategy.
**Your Tasks**
* Participation in the acquisition of projects
* Creation of concepts, specifications and offers as well as support for customers in creating system requirements
* Handling international projects within the agreed time, cost and performance framework
* Implementation of systematic project planning and project tracking
* Leading project teams and managing subcontractors
* Collaboration with internal and external partners and customers
* Conducting presentations within Hensoldt and externally to customers and suppliers and preparing corresponding reports
* Deriving new products from technical possibilities, customer requirements and market developments
* Clarification of technical implementations, taking into account alternative approaches (in-house, external development, development partners, cooperation partners)
* Development of product life cycles and suitable service and logistics concepts
* Preparation of analyses of marketing alternatives and competitor products
