Project Manager - Quality Control for Cell-Based Therapies(m/w/x)

As a Project Manager in Quality Control, you will play a key role in turning cutting-edge science into real-world medical solutions. **Your Role** * Serve as the primary point of contact and project lead for all quality control activities related to cell therapy products, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes. * You will establish and continuously improve project management workflows tailored to our fast-paced environment. * Lead internal Quality Control projects end-to-end - this includes defining project scope, coordinating tasks across teams, monitoring progress against milestones, troubleshooting obstacles, and maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track. * Work hand-in-hand with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes, then implement practical solutions that enhance productivity, reduce turnaround times, and support department scaling. * Based on your expertise and contributions, there is a pathway to take on a leadership role within the Quality Control team, where you can influence strategy, mentor colleagues, and drive key initiatives. ## Qualifications **Your Profile** * A completed degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or a related field (PhD preferred). * Several years' professional experience managing projects within the biotech or pharmaceutical industries is required, ideally in a GMP-regulated Quality Control environment. * Confident and professional communication skills, a proactive and flexible approach, and the ability to assert oneself constructively in challenging situations. * Strong conceptual, analytical and structured working style, combined with a solution-focused mindset and high motivation. * Fluent German and English (written and spoken) skills are required to clearly articulate complex topics to diverse audiences. ## Additional Information **What we offer** * Flexible and remote work: Enable time management on your terms * Diversity: International teams and cross-border intercultural communication * Room for creativity: It’s the most clever solution that we always strive for * Health & Sport: We offer a wide range of corporate sports activities and health provision * Miltenyi University: A clever mind never stops learning, take advantage of our inhouse Training Academy **Diversity is the bedrock of our creativity.** Our mission: To innovate treatments and technologies and tackle the world’s most serious health challenges.
