•Several years of experience in leading large-scale factory-related projects
•Many years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment
•Master’s degree
•Validated international and intercultural project experience
•Advanced project management skills
•Agile experience, e.g., SAFe
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills
•Entrepreneurial mentality with resilience and results orientation
•Experience in building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for operational excellence
•Willingness to travel regularly to global factory sites
