**Your responsibilities**
* You lead the introduction of new products or product innovations from concept through to market launch by delivering approved Technology projects within scope, on time and on budget
* You develop and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional project teams, manage timelines and resources and bear responsibility for stakeholder communication
* You actively identify and mitigate project risks
* You work closely with all other Technology functions like Product Line Management or Product Development as well as with Sales and Manufacturing
**Your profile**
* Economical university degree or comparable education
* First experience managing projects and leading virtual, cross-functional teams
* Experience in international, multi-layered organizations with strong resilience and persuasive communication
* Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
