## Main Responsibilities
As Project Manager - Medical Simulation, you will bridge the gap between practical execution and strategic vision, ensuring our simulation-based education programs maintain the highest standards while evolving to meet future needs. You will be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge simulation technologies to healthcare professionals around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
* Execute the setup, operation, and maintenance of simulation equipment for international training events
* Manage biological specimen handling and logistics in compliance with international regulations
* Coordinate logistical aspects of simulation-based training events in Davos and support global locations
* Oversee import/export requirements for specialized training materials
* Maintain and organize simulation equipment, tools, and supplies inventory
Project Implementation
* Implement simulation-based training projects from planning to delivery
* Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
* Resolve operational challenges during project execution
* Document processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement
* Coordinate cross-functional team activities to achieve project goals
Technology & Innovation
* Support the evaluation of novel, simulation-based learning experiences
* Contribute to the development and go2market of digital simulation tools
* Assist in managing relationships with technology and service partners

Experience & Qualifications
