This role combines hands-on operational excellence with strategic thinking to deliver high-quality simulation-based medical education globally. The successful candidate will manage the logistics and operational aspects of our simulation training while contributing to the advancement of both physical and digital simulation solutions that scale our impact worldwide. ## Main Responsibilities As Project Manager - Medical Simulation, you will bridge the gap between practical execution and strategic vision, ensuring our simulation-based education programs maintain the highest standards while evolving to meet future needs. You will be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge simulation technologies to healthcare professionals around the world. Key Responsibilities Operational Management * Execute the setup, operation, and maintenance of simulation equipment for international training events * Manage biological specimen handling and logistics in compliance with international regulations * Coordinate logistical aspects of simulation-based training events in Davos and support global locations * Oversee import/export requirements for specialized training materials * Maintain and organize simulation equipment, tools, and supplies inventory Project Implementation * Implement simulation-based training projects from planning to delivery * Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables * Resolve operational challenges during project execution * Document processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement * Coordinate cross-functional team activities to achieve project goals Technology & Innovation * Support the evaluation of novel, simulation-based learning experiences * Contribute to the development and go2market of digital simulation tools * Assist in managing relationships with technology and service partners * Provide input on scalability opportunities for simulation programs * Help implement emerging technologies in simulation education ## Main Requirments Experience & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, project management, or related field * 3-5 years of experience in medical education, simulation operations, clinical laboratories or related field * Proven experience managing complex projects with operational components * Experience with medical simulation technologies (preferred) * Knowledge of biological specimen handling procedures (advantageous) Skills & Competencies * Excellent logistical planning and coordination abilities * Strong project execution and follow-through * Effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups * Technical aptitude for working with simulation equipment * Resilient and solution-focused under time or resource pressure * Comfortable with international travel (approximately 10%) Personal Attributes * Pragmatic problem-solver with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality * Balance of operational detail-orientation with strategic thinking * Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments * Openness to new technologies and methodologies * Passion for medical education and improving patient care globally **We offer** * An interesting and varied job in an exciting and innovative organization * The opportunity to be part of a highly committed international team * Modern infrastructure * High degree of flexibility regarding working hours and location (depending on operational requirements) * Generous package of social benefits, including supplementary vacation days and pension scheme contributions * Internal skills training opportunities and support for continued education Datum der Publikation: 12.05.2025
