Anforderungen

  • •Professional experience in managing or coordinating EU-funded projects
  • •Knowledge of EU research and innovation programs (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EuroHPC)
  • •Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional European languages
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results
  • •Very good planning and time-management skills
  • •High sense of accountability and ability to work effectively independently and in a team

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Coordinate project kick-offs and ensure effective communication with partners
  • •Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with scope and timelines
  • •Develop and monitor internal project plans and schedules
  • •Manage contractual and compliance aspects with stakeholders
  • •Lead reporting activities and prepare financial and technical reports
  • •Monitor project expenditures and support partners with financial processes
  • •Track project KPIs, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
  • •Facilitate technical coordination to ensure milestone delivery
  • •Maintain communication with consortium partners and external stakeholders
  • •Maintain comprehensive project documentation per EU funding rules
  • •Support multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration
  • •Assist in partnership building and contribute to project outcomes
