Anforderungen
- •Professional experience in managing or coordinating EU-funded projects
- •Knowledge of EU research and innovation programs (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EuroHPC)
- •Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional European languages
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results
- •Very good planning and time-management skills
- •High sense of accountability and ability to work effectively independently and in a team
- •Open-minded, proactive, able to multi-task and flexible

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate project kick-offs and ensure effective communication with partners
- •Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with scope and timelines
- •Develop and monitor internal project plans and schedules
- •Manage contractual and compliance aspects with stakeholders
- •Lead reporting activities and prepare financial and technical reports
- •Monitor project expenditures and support partners with financial processes
- •Track project KPIs, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
- •Facilitate technical coordination to ensure milestone delivery
- •Maintain communication with consortium partners and external stakeholders
- •Maintain comprehensive project documentation per EU funding rules
- •Support multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration
- •Assist in partnership building and contribute to project outcomes
