Anforderungen
- •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or comparable field
- •Initial professional experience in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Production planning
- •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management
- •Experience with CAD systems and ERP software (e.g., Sage)
- •Strong communication skills
- •Analytical thinking and structured approach to work
- •Initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- •Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic project environments

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead project planning and execution
- •Provide direction to extended team members
- •Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- •Represent ISC in Portfolio Core Team meetings
- •Estimate resource requirements with functional managers
- •Maximize manufacturability, efficiency, and quality
- •Focus on design for manufacturing
- •Implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions
- •Develop work plans, standards, layouts, and time studies
- •Conduct FMEA, risk analyses, and process validations
- •Facilitate decision-making within the Core Team
- •Communicate product and project progress to ISC
- •Plan and implement industrialization projects for new products
- •Act as an interface between R&D, production, quality, purchasing, and suppliers
