# Project Manager Digital Solutions (f/m/d) Bergheim, AT In this key position you will manage a wide portfolio of digitalization projects. You will represent them on a global level towards internal and external partners and manage the initiative over the whole life cycle. As Project Manager you will report directly to the Head of Product Line Digital Solutions of PALFINGER. \_\_\_\_\_ ## YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage cross-functional projects including planning, budget, quality, risk management, and lead a virtual and international project team. * End2End responsible for the whole project lifecycle by translation market requirements into valuable digital solutions * Strategic Planning and Implementation of digitalization strategies aligned with the company's business goals. * Manage internal and external stakeholders, builds lasting partnerships, alliances and effective communication with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Perform competitive- and market-analysis, constantly monitor market developments/trends in the industry and the industry-related environment \_\_\_\_\_ ## YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Strong customer focus, strategist with excellent business acumen, hands-on leader turns ideas into reality, demonstrates growth-mindset with experience in setting up new business endeavors and managing relevant product lines * Confident communicator with very good verbal and written communication skills, “bridge builder” able to operate and leverage matrix organizations, takes pride in managing change and helps to structurally overcome gaps, excellent organizational and planning skills * Experience in creation, development, and market launch of digital products, scaling business models, preferably experience in B2B manufacturing industry * Proven experience in digital product and project management, requirement engineering, building winning G2M strategies and sales pipelines * Knows how to combine customer insights, technology trends and business model approaches to build winning offerings and product roadmaps for our customers \_\_\_\_\_ ## WHAT WE OFFER * Life balance through flexible working hours and freedom to organize your work * Performance-related compensation * Career and personal development opportunities in an international company * Voluntary social benefits through our company's health management program PALfit * Job ticket Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.776,98 per year.
