- •3+ years of experience in project and program management within a global corporate environment or top-tier consulting firm
- •Significant track record in executing transformation projects at an enterprise level
- •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to manage cross-functional workstreams in complex transformation projects
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Strong sense of ownership and ethical judgment
- •Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and relevant tools
- •High motivation and flexibility to gain new knowledge
- •English language proficiency, business-level, both written and spoken
- •Other working language (e.g., German, Chinese, or Japanese) is a plus

- •Identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and data analysis
- •Oversee the lifecycle of transformation programs from ideation to execution
- •Develop and manage program plans, resource allocation, and budgets
- •Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- •Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders on transformation initiatives
- •Champion change management for successful adoption of new processes
- •Communicate program outcomes and their impact on profitability to diverse audiences
- •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency
- •Coach CTO teams in problem-solving, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration
